One-Use Harm Reduction Products announces the launch of two new Personal Sharps Containers to allow PWID to store used syringes safely after use. These containers are designed to be robust and have rounded edges for easy carrying. Presented in two different styles which do not allow the used syringes to be easily withdrawn once inserted.

This container has been manufactured entirely from recycled plastics.

One-Use Pharmacy Packs have been created to support Syringe Exchange Services that are operated through pharmacies. They are a convenient and discrete pack that can be handed to a person who uses drugs when they attend the Syringe Exchange Service at the pharmacy.

One-Use Pharmacy Packs contain a number of safe injecting kits that container the aforementioned products packed inside a single pack.

Our outer bags are made from a biodegradable material that breaks down after it has been exposed to water.

One-Use CA Filter Pack

One-Use CA Filter packs are pre-packed filters specifically designed for Harm Reduction.

Manufactured from Cellulose Acetate (CA) which is a synthetic material that helps remove much of the micro-particulate materials from liquids prior to injecting.

CA is not contaminated with spores and molds compared with naturally occurring materials such as Cotton. This helps prevent issues for the User such as ‘Cotton Fever’ which is common when cotton filters are used.

One-Use CA Filters are packed in a very small plastic pack to help minimize plastic waste.

One-Use CA Filters do not remove bacteria and viruses and they should only be used once.

Storing used filters for re-use greatly increases the risk of serious bacterial infections.

One-Use Spoon is a convenient kit for preparing drugs for injecting.

Comprising of a steel cooker with an integrated, easy-hold handle, a cellulose acetate (CA) filter and a dry post-injection swab, the One-Use Spoon has been designed to be user-friendly and convenient to use.

Our steel cooker, with its integrated easy-hold handle, has a flat base to allow even distribution of heat during the ‘cooking up’ process while the handle does not get hot so that the User does not burn their fingers. The flat base and sturdy construction means that the spoon does not spill its contents as easily as other cookers when used in a rough environment.
